Eileen Rappoport has 20+ years experience in arts marketing in this region. At National Philharmonic Eileen oversees all aspects of marketing including branding, advertising, digital, website development, patron services and public relations.
Prior to NatPhil, Eileen worked at the Cultural Alliance of Greater Washington, managing the Business Volunteers for the Arts program, Arts Management and Arts Marketing programs and the Job Bank. In 2008 Eileen’s focus moved exclusively towards digital as she oversaw all phases of development and management of CultureCapital, the online arts and culture website. During her stewardship the site grew from promoting an initial 75 arts presenters to 200+ and received upwards of 1 million visitors annually.
Eileen started her career working for various independent telephone directory publishers including in this region, The Community PhoneBook and The One Book. There she specialized in strategic planning, pricing, marketing and advertising.
