Lisa works at Emergent BioSolutions Inc. as a Senior Director of Corporate Development, leading M&A, licensing, and collaboration efforts for the Company. Prior to Emergent, Lisa has worked for several companies in the pharmaceutical industry, including Human Genome Sciences, Beckman Coulter, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Lisa started her career as a banker at JP Morgan. Lisa is actively engaged in local business, civic and philanthropic causes, including the Capital Region Advisory Board for Women in BIO, Vice Chairman of Emergent’s Employee Political Action Committee, and an adult leader for Boy Scouts. Lisa graduated from Cornell University and NYU Stern School of Business. Lisa moved to Rockville in 2006 with her husband and two sons. Lisa enjoys time with her family, hiking, reading, traveling, and attending musical concerts. Lisa joined the Board of the National Philharmonic due to her longtime passion for music and desire to support our local cultural community.
