Ticket Policies


Ticket Resale Policy

National Philharmonic can only guarantee tickets purchased through Strathmore’s Ticket Office and through NationalPhilharmonic.org. National Philharmonic maintains no relationships with third-party ticket vendors who resell tickets above face value. National Philharmonic has in place several measures to prevent third-party resale of tickets above face value. Patrons assume full risk of fraudulent tickets purchased or obtained through unauthorized vendors.

Resale of National Philharmonic tickets for more than face value is strictly prohibited.  Unauthorized use of National Philharmonic or Strathmore’s name in print, online, and broadcast promotion relating to the sale of tickets is strictly prohibited.  Presale benefits are for the exclusive use of National Philharmonic members. National Philharmonic reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke services, privileges, and tickets for those suspected of violating our ticket resale policy.


Refunds

All tickets are pre-paid and non-refundable. All sales are final. Performances, schedules, programs, and artists are subject to change.

If a performance is cancelled or postponed a full refund of the ticket price will be made available.


Ticket Exchanges

A purchaser of an individual ticket may, one time only, make an exchange by mail or in person at the Strathmore Box Office up to 48 business hours before the performance. There is a $5 servicing fee* per exchange transaction. Exchanges and ticket donations are only available for events presented by the National Philharmonic.

How to Exchange

Exchanges for National Philharmonic tickets may only be exchanged for National Philharmonic tickets wihin the same season. Tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance has taken place. Exchanges will only be accepted and need to be completed before the deadlines noted above.

Exchange transactions can be completed in-person at the Strathmore Box Office, by phone, by mail, or by email.

Ticket Donations

If you are unable to use your tickets, we ask that you consider changing your ticket purchase to a tax-deductible donation to support the National Philharmonic prior to the performance. Donations can be made by email, mail, phone, or in person by 5pm the day of the performance.
